Refund Policy:
Since every student may purchase a single pilot lesson prior to investing in additional lesson packages, once a package is purchased, there are no refunds; however lessons are transferable to another user. Those classes must still be used within a pre-defined period of time: 8 weeks for a 5-pack, 12 weeks for a 10-pack and 25 weeks for a 20-pack.

Materials Fee Policy:
For in-person lessons only, a $25 materials fee per student per pack will be charged to cover any and all handouts and digital subscriptions needed.
Physical books are not required and are not included in the materials fee; however can be ordered from QTalk at an additional charge.

Lesson Rescheduling Policy
We ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice to reschedule any lesson. You must complete the lessons in youir pack within the required period of time.

Reinforce your classes with QTalk Online Games
For students using the Qtalk Method during their classes, QTalk Online Games subscription is included in the Materials Fee. Parent or Caregiver should check with teachers about what the child will need to practice at home before the next class. At-Home re-inforcement, made especially easy with Online Games practice is the secret to your child's success!! Try to engage in at least two 10-minute practice sessions at home in between classes. The at-home reinforcement is fun, quick, and absolutely essential to provide the desired results. Protect your language investment. Be involved! It's easy and fun to learn with your child! (Online Games are not yet available for Japanese, Hindi and Hebrew.) |
