WELCOME Group Classes (3 years and up)

Appropriate for students:

  • new to the language
  • who have some comprehension but are not speaking back independently yet
  • who have had 0-2 semesters at TL
The emphasis of these 40 min. classes is exposure to the first 100-200 core words needed to begin independent sentence creation through play. Third person use of the 12 primary verbs combined with other vocabulary begins.
At one class per week, with at-home reinforcement using the assigned online games, we expect students to master 30-50 words per year, with the ability to combine the vocabulary into hundreds of sentences

WELCOME BACK Group Classes (3 years and up)
Appropriate for students:
  • who have had some exposure to the language and are producing some language independently
  • who have had at least 1 semester at TL
The emphasis of these 40 min. classes is continued practice with the first 100-200 core words needed to begin independent sentence creation through play. Third person use of the 12 primary verbs combined with other vocabulary continues. Depending on cognitive level of students, we expand to first and second person conjugation.
At one class per week, with at-home reinforcement using the assigned online games, we expect students to master 30-50 words per year, with the ability to combine the vocabulary into hundreds of sentences

Baby & Me (newborns - 2.5 years with caregiver)
These 50-min. classes put a spin on the traditional "baby & me" class.
We focus on equipping the caregiver in attendance with the words, phrases and activities needed to begin bringing the new language into the life and home of baby. We give you the techniques you need to make the early in-home a successfully bilingual experience multilingual. Must have 3 baby & me pairs to confirm class. Don't see the day & time you'd like?
