*CANCELLATION/MAKE-UP POLICY:

Child Group Classes: Students are allowed up to 3 make-up sessions for unattended classes, to be completed within the same semester, pending class availability. Please call 212.219.9893 to schedule in advance.

Adult Group Classes: No make-ups are included in a class-pack purchase. However, we do offer students two options:

1) Pending class availability, students may attend a corresponding class on the schedule, to be completed before the next group class.

2) Pending teacher availability, students may purchase a 30-minute private session at half price ($40)-- one per 6-class pack, two per 10-class pack-- to be completed before the next group class.

*Note: The tremendous rate of acceleration in QTalk adult classes can only be supported by attendance of all classes in succession. The success of the entire class depends on equal attendance by all students. If a student must miss more than 2 classes in a session, they can apply the balance on their account as a credit towards the purchase of another class pack.
